• Any information you voluntarily share in a coaching session or form

By Dee Academy uses your data for the following purposes:

1. To give you access to online training, tools, and coaching programs
2. For administrative and financial processing (invoices, payments)
3. For customer service and communication regarding your participation
4. For improving our services and customer experience
5. To keep you informed – only with your permission – about new programs, promotions, or updates
6. To comply with legal obligations, such as tax legislation

• Performance of an agreement (such as a coaching program or online training)

Article 4 – Retention periods

By Dee Academy does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected:

• Administrative data: 7 years (fiscal retention obligation)
• Login and usage details: up to 1 year after the end of the program
• Email communication: maximum 1 year after the last contact
• Coaching notes: up to 1 year after completion of the programme, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 5 – Sharing data with third parties

1. By Dee Academy only shares your data with third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the agreement or to comply with a legal obligation.
2. We use reliable external parties, including:
   • WordPress and Mighty (for offering online training)
   • Payment providers (such as Mollie, Stripe, or similar)
   • Bookkeeper / accountant (for administrative processing)
   • Email and hosting providers (for communication and storage)
3. A data processing agreement has been concluded with all external parties to safeguard your privacy.

Article 6 – Cookies and tracking

1. By Dee Academy uses functional and analytical cookies to ensure the website works properly and to analyze usage.
2. Any marketing cookies will only be placed if you give consent.
3. You can adjust your cookie preferences at any time via your browser settings.
